Menu :

Brown rice vegetable sushi rolls – 3 kinds

Agedashi Tofu (Deep fried tofu in hoe dashi sauce)

Kenchinjiru (Winter japanese root veg soup)

Beet root salad with Yamaimo dressing

Dessert: Age mochi with Kinako (Deep fried mochi)

Genmai sushi~made by students
